Ptarmigan Feeding on Juniper Berries

I took this photo in Finland during February. Rock Ptarmigans moult into different plumages throughout the year, and in winter they have a beautiful white plumage with hints of black in the tail and face of males. This male paused briefly to feed on some juniper berries, showcasing its beauty.
